Exhibition Schedule

All companies must have at least one (1) representative staffing your booth during the following hours:

Thursday, 10/16/25

• Expo Hall Grand Opening Cocktail Reception – 4:30 – 6:30 PM

Friday, 10/17/25

• Break – 8:00 – 8:30 AM
• Lunch – 12:15 – 1:45 PM
   

Saturday, 10/18/25

• Break – 9:00 – 9:30 AM
• Lunch – 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM
   

Move In/Move Out

Move In: Thursday, October 16| 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (tentative)

Move Out: Saturday, October 18| 1:15 – 5:00 PM (tentative)
 

Registering Your Reps

Please register all company representatives in your sponsor/exhibitor portal. If you have questions about who your company's main point of contact is, please reach out to events@ig-ns.org. 
 

Booth Information

All booths include pipe/drape and one (1) title sign. Any additional booth materials can be ordered through the exhibitor kit.
