Job Description
At KabaFusion, our AVPs of Nursing work closely with the AVP of Operations for their Region which includes sites in CA, WA, NV and CO. The AVP of Nursing supervises the Area Nursing Administrators in these states. The AVP of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction of the nursing operations for their designated sites to include budget oversight, financial analysis, ensuring compliance with state and local regulatory agencies, recruiting strategy and KPIs for locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of nursing operations for assigned region/branches
- Ensure compliance of agency operations with state and local rules and regulations as well as accreditation standards
- Implements and evaluates budget plan and cost control policies
As an AVP of Nursing, you bring:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA, WA, NV or CO
- 5+ years of multi-site/multi branch management experience
- Previous nursing leadership experience with specialty pharmacy/home infusion

Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations of a location including pharmacy, nursing, business development, intake, and revenue management. Interacts daily with subordinate managers and Corporate Executive staff to assure productivity, profitability, stability, and desired patient, referral source and payor outcomes. Provides effective leadership to staff while supporting and promoting corporate goals and directives. Additional dimensions include working with operating budget, revenue responsibility, purchasing responsibility, etc.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy desirable) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Experience
- 5 years of prior management experience preferred with home infusion/specialty pharmacy.
- Experience with accreditation process; quality/performance improvement; developing, implementing, and executing policies and procedures.
Certifications or Licenses
- Currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in state of employment.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Infusion Nursing Supervisor/Educator (full time) who can oversee nursing operations, provide staff education, deliver hands-on patient care, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate infusion nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Education & Training
- Provide onboarding, ongoing education, and competency development for staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource for the team and patients.
- Patient Care
- Deliver safe, evidence-based infusion therapy directly to patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
- Sales & Marketing
- Support business growth by building relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners.
- Participate in outreach events, patient education sessions, and promotional activities.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies that expand services and patient base.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of infusion therapy experience (immunotherapies, biologics, specialty IV medications, or related).
- Proven leadership and educator experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within healthcare preferred.
- Infusion certification (CRNI or IgCN) is a plus.
